Partner with O5BM: Turning Health Equity into Measurable Impact
Older Black men remain one of the UK’s most overlooked groups in health, wellbeing, and community systems.
The Over 50s Black Men Forum (O5BM) exists to change that — by building trusted, community-led solutions that reduce isolation, improve health outcomes, and strengthen social cohesion.
What We Deliver
We run practical programmes that support older Black men to live healthier, more connected, and more resilient lives, including:
Health & wellbeing workshops (prevention-focused and culturally competent)
Peer support and mentoring to reduce loneliness and improve confidence
Skills, employability and financial resilience sessions for later-life stability
Community leadership and intergenerational mentoring
