We were honoured to be featured on the Akylah Rodriguez Show on BBC Essex (June 19th), where we had the opportunity to share the story behind our Essex Black Diasporans Oral History Project ‘Soro Soke’
Our Chairman at Over 50s Black Men Forum joined Kate O’Neill, Sound Archivist at the Essex Record Office, to discuss how this project is preserving the voices, memories, and lived experiences of Black communities across Essex.
