18 February 2025 – The Over 50s Black Men Forum (O5BM) is thrilled to announce the official launch of the O5BM Job Board, a dedicated employment platform aimed at improving economic opportunities for our community. The job board is now live at https://o5bmforum.org.uk/jobs/.
We are proud to feature our very first job listing: Quotes Administrator (Group Risk) by YuLife. This marks the beginning of another great journey in connecting job seekers with meaningful and authentic employment opportunities.
As part of our ongoing mission to support economic empowerment, this initiative aligns with our collaboration with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in supporting the Government’s “Get Britain Working” initiative. Our job board will serve as a bridge between employers and job seekers, ensuring accessibility to quality employment opportunities tailored for experienced professionals.
At O5BM, we are committed to working directly with employers to ensure that only legitimate job opportunities are posted on our platform. By doing so, we aim to reduce the stress and anxiety often experienced by job seekers due to phantom job postings on popular job boards. Our approach prioritises authenticity and trust, ultimately contributing to improved mental well-being within our community.
